Pacific FC beat HFX Wanderers 2-0 in the second match of the Canadian Premier League season opening day in Winnipeg Saturday.
Marco Bustos scored in the 17th minute with well taken left foot effort from in side the penalty area.
Midfielder Ollie Bassett scored the second with a long range effort after the clubs returned to the field following a weather-related pause.
