Pacific FC beat York United 2-0 in their Canadian Premier League match at home Saturday.
Reon Moore scored in the 15th minute to open the scoring. And Max Ferrari scored an own goal in the 77th minute to double the lead and ensure the hosts ended the weekend tied on points with Atlético Ottawa atop the CPL table.
Pacific next face Ottawa in the Canadian Championship quarterfinal first leg Wednesday. York United will wait until Friday to host Valour FC in Canadian Premier League action.
