Forge FC beat Pacific FC 3-1 in Hamilton Saturday to leapfrog the Vancouver Island club into second place in the Canadian Premier League table with two games remaining in the regular season.
Djenairo Daniels gave the visitors a three minute lead. But goals by Razert Rama, Woobens Pacius and Jordan Hamilton ensured that Hamilton’s club earned the full three points.
Pacific’s loss also meant that Cavalry FC were crowned the 2023 Canadian Premier League regular season champions.
