York United and Pacific FC produced an entertaining 2-2 draw in each team’s second game of the new Canadian Premier League season in Winnipeg Thursday.
Diyaeddine Abzi opened the scoring for York in the 32nd minute. Pacific FC equalized and then took the lead thanks to a goal by forward Josh Heard and a Chrisonovic N’sa own goal.
But York United’s Jordan Wilson scored with eight minutes left in normal time to ensure both clubs left with a point.
