Canada drew 0-0 with El Salvador in their second match of the fourth round of 2018 World Cup CONCACAF qualifying in San Salvador Tuesday night.
The result leaves Canada second in the Group A on four points, behind leaders Mexico with four matches to play. The top two teams will advance to join four other nations in final round of CONCACAF World Cup qualification. Canada won their first match of the round 1-0 against Honduras in Vancouver on Friday.
Canada’s next two matches in World Cup qualification are against Mexico in March 2016.
