FC Edmonton earned their first win of the 2022 Canadian Premier League season, with a 1-0 victory over Atlético Ottawa at Clarke Field Sunday.
Bicou Bissainthe scored the match’s lone goal in the 65th minute.
After an early Atlético chance, which would be their only shot on goal, FC Edmonton grew into the game.The visitors dominated possession, but it was FC Edmonton’s lone goal that would secure the win.
FC Edmonton play away against Cavalry FC next on June 26. While Atletico Ottawa play away against the Wanderers on June 30.
