Pacific FC announced the signing of Argentinian defender Kevin Ceceri to a contract through the remainder of the 2024 Canadian Premier League season, with a club option for 2025.
The 28-year-old joins Pacific from Romania Liga 2 club Steaua București, where he made nine appearances, scoring one goal.

“Kevin’s mobility and athleticism makes him a versatile player for us on the left side of our back line,” said Pacific FC’s Manager of Football and Youth Development Jamar Dixon. “Kevin takes pride in defending and can also lead the group with his relentless passion for the game.”

Ceceri has experience playing in South America, Europe and the Middle East. As well as Steaua Bucuresti, he has played with Argentine Primera División side Gimnasia y Esgrima, lower Argentinian clubs Sportivo Desamparados, Guillermo Brown, and Club Atlético San Telmo, Spanish club Real Balompédica Linense, Bolivian club San Jose of Bolivia, Jordanian club Al-Hussein, and Chilean club Unión San Felipe
Pacific FC currently sits in sixth place in the Canadian Premier League table. They next place York United at Starlight Stadium in Langford, B.C. Friday, Aug. 2 at 7 p.m. PT
