Canada beat Wales 3-0 in an international women’s soccer friendly in Wales Friday.
Deanne Rose, Évelyne Viens and Jessie Fleming scored for the visitors, while Canada captain Christine Sinclair went off in the the first half with an injury.
“We had three great finishes today and now we need to keep the confidence high and build on that,” said Canada coach Bev Priestman following the match.
