David Choinière scored a brilliant late equalizer for Forge FC against Cavalry FC to split the points at Tim Horton’s Field in Hamilton Saturday, April 16.
Alessandro Hoabrpour gave the hosts the lead with an equally impressive effort in the 3rd minute.
But the visitors turned the match around before half time. Cavalry FC striker Joe Mason scored in the 31st minute and Ali Musse tallied eight minutes later.
It looked like Calgary’s club was going to claim all three points until Choiniére’s late strike.
